Our client, a global company specializing in optimizing grinding and wear processes is looking for a Sales Manager Western Europe to drive growth and lead a dynamic sales team.
Account Management: Manage and expand a portfolio of clients across Western Europe
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement action plans to maximize performance
Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 4 Account Managers
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with technical and R&D teams to offer innovative solutions tailored to client needs
Proven experience in sales development and people management in a B2B industrial environment
Strong knowledge of the mining industry or related industrial processes
Natural leadership and ability to inspire and guide a team
Fluent in English AND German
