Voor een gekende naam in de banksector zoeken wij een enthousiaste Customer Service Medewerker die zijn of haar carrière wil starten of verder uitbouwen binnen een moderne, digitale en dynamische omgeving. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen verder bij vragen of problemen rond digitaal bankieren . Dit is zowel via telefoon, als e-mail en chat. Je begeleid klanten bij digitale oplossingen en dagelijkse bankzaken. Je behandelt fraudecalls . Je denkt proactief na over passende oplossingen , volgens de geldende procedures en vertrouwelijkheid. Kan jij volgende zaken afvinken? Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig of Franstalig en spreekt mooi algemeen Nederlands/Frans. Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma . Heb je een ASO-diploma ? Dan heb je al ervaring opgedaan binnen een contactcenter - of verkoopsfunctie . Je staat graag in contact met klanten en kan het hoofd koel houden bij stressvolle situaties. Je bent in het bezit van een a ttest van goed gedrag en zeden. Je start met een intensieve klassikale opleiding van 2 maanden — tijdens deze periode is verlof niet mogelijk. Wat kijg je in de plek? Een contract van onbepaalde duur (40u/week). Een mooi loon dat start bij ca. €2.500 tot €3.100/maand , afhankelijk van ervaring. Extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques (€8/dag), ecocheques (€250/jaar), groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering. Je werkt in shiften waarbij je uurrooster twee maanden op voorhand wordt meegedeeld. Werkuren : Ma–vr: 8u–22u & za: 9u–17u (1 à 2x/maand met recupdag). Je kan tot 2 dagen/week thuiswerken , na je opleiding en inwerkperiode. Mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar gespecialiseerde teams. Extra’s op de werkvloer: bedrijfsrestaurant, baristaservice, fitness met groepslessen (€8/maand), yogalessen, fietsenstalling, douches en lockers. Mobiliteit : Eerste 3 maanden: sociaal abonnement. Daarna keuze uit: Bedrijfswagen met beperkte tankkaart (€150/maand bijdrage), of Mobiliteitsbudget (€300/maand).
