Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors, answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Conference room set up and clean up, including monitoring conference room schedule
- Preparing offices and workstations for new hires, international visitors
- Placing maintenance requests with vendors and building management
- Handling mail and packages for delivery to post office / handling office mailbox
- Fill supply requests paper, beverages, office materials
- Stock, organize and clean supply rooms and pantries
- Sort and distribute incoming and interoffice mail
- Assist in processing express and overnight international couriers
- Make photocopies and deliver finished project according to schedule. Assist with troubleshooting technical problems with copiers.
- Other administrative responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of either Dutch or French is an asset.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Attention to detail and good organizational and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
