Looking for a new exciting Administrative support role? Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a law firm located in the centre of Brussels.
The Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting partners by ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their professional activities. The position requires autonomy, discretion, and proactive problem-solving, with a strong focus on efficiency and service quality. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage sensitive information and operate with a high level of professionalism at all times.

~ Arrange and manage conference calls and international telephone communications


~ Develop presentations and professional materials using Microsoft Office tools


~ Demonstrated background as an executive, management, or legal assistant within a law firm or comparable professional services environment


~ Excellent command of English (both written and verbal); strong knowledge of French is highly desirable, with German considered an asset


~ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and demanding setting


~ Strong organizational and planning capabilities


~ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
