•Vous serez la personne de contact avec les tiers comme les administrations, notaires et les banques.
•Vous aurez à préparer et à organiser les board meetings et préparer la documentation juridique.
•Vous devrez ouvrir les comptes bancaires ainsi que de publier les comptes au RCS. Profil et parcours | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciaire - PSF •Vous avez entre 4 et 8 ans d’expérience comme Corporate Officer au sein d’une PSF ou une fiduciaire au Luxembourg.
•Idéalement, vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme juridique ou financier, ou vous avez l’occasion de suivre des formations externe à la Chambre des Salariés par exemple.
•Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un portefeuille clients composé de sociétés commerciales ou sociétés financières.
•Vous avez un bon niveau en anglais et en français de sorte à pouvoir échanger aisément avec la clientèle. Offre & avantages | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciaire - PSF •Vous pourrez obtenir un salaire pouvant aller jusqu’à 78 000€ bruts/an dépendant de votre expérience. A cela se rajouteront des chèques-repas de €10,80 et une prime annuelle.
• L’équipe jeune et dynamique que vous intégrerez vous aidera vous familiariser plus facilement avec les nouveaux outils.
•Vous travaillerez au sein de beaux bureaux où l’ambiance est conviviale ce qui est toujours plus agréable.
•Vous rejoindrez une structure qui tient à proposer un certain confort, c’est pourquoi les 34 jours de télétravail annuels sont proposés ainsi qu’un horaire de travail mobile.
