Account Executive – SaaS Solutions (Ghent, Hybrid) Are you a driven sales professional ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle at a rapidly growing SaaS company? Your Role As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into long-term customers. You'll run consultative sales cycles, uncover client needs, and present the value of our platform with clarity and confidence. This is a high-impact role in a company scaling across Europe. Your responsibilities include: Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close Deliver compelling product demos tailored to client challenges Build, manage, and forecast a healthy pipeline of mid-market opportunities Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to a successful close Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to optimize the buyer journey Represent the company at industry events and client meetings across Belgium and beyond You Bring 2–5 years of closing experience in SaaS or B2B technology Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Fluent English; Dutch or French is a strong plus Exceptional discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a consultative approach A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a scaling environment We Offer Competitive salary + uncapped commission plan Hybrid work model based in Ghent Strong sales enablement, coaching, and personal development support Opportunity to join an ambitious, fast-growing team shaping the future of our product and market A collaborative, transparent culture where your impact is visible and valued About Us We're a fast-growing SaaS company helping organizations streamline operations, automate manual workflows, and unlock meaningful insights through intuitive, scalable software solutions.
