Uw rol Als Service Delivery Coordinator werk je aan de IT-infrastructuur en -productie. Je hebt nauw contact met je klanten, interne en externe leveranciers, en denkt eerder in functionele dan in technische termen. Je volgt de kwaliteit en het niveau van dienstverlening op en brengt er verslag van uit, zowel aan de IT-directie als aan de interne klanten. Je doet dit niet enkel tijdens vergaderingen, maar je werkt ook aan functionele verslagen via boordtabellen, die op elk moment de performances van de belangrijkste toepassingen weergeven. Je hebt regelmatig in contact met de business en je analyseert en definieert hun behoeften op het vlak van serviceniveaus, indicatoren en verslagen. Je streeft ernaar oplossingen te bieden die aan hun behoeften voldoen. Je volgt trends op en doet verbetervoorstellen binnen IT, zodat de geleverde diensten de behoeften dekken en duurzaam zijn. Als facilitator ben je in staat om processen te optimaliseren (prioriteiten stellen). Je onderzoekt samen met je collega's hoe de service kan worden verbeterd (architectuur en ontwerp, goede monitoring, efficiëntie, enz.). Je geeft ook feedback aan de ontwikkelteams wanneer je ontdekt dat de oorzaak van een serviceprobleem gelinkt is aan de code. Je helpt en daagt Product Owners, teams en leidinggevenden uit om toegevoegde waarde te creëren, innovatie en efficiëntie te verhogen. Uw profiel Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Je hebt ervaring bij het faciliteren, adviseren over of werken aan projecten, ontwikkeling van producten of de invoering van operationele informaticaomgevingen. Je bent in staat om snel op hoog niveau te begrijpen hoe een informatiesysteem of -proces werkt, door logisch te redeneren. Je hebt basiskennis van het ontwerpen van IT-infrastructuur of je bent geïnteresseerd om je te bij te scholen in dit domein. Dankzij je technische kennis kan je zelf de nodige gegevens verzamelen en deze consolideren in indicatoren en statistieken die zich resulteren in verslagen en boordtabellen. Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidszin en je bent klant- en resultaatgericht. Je kan je gemakkelijk verplaatsen in de klant en de juiste oplossingen voorstellen. Je neemt beslissingen op basis van (on)volledige informatie en neemt gerichte maatregelen om die beslissingen uit te voeren. Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans. Ons aanbod
