Job Description
You will:
- Provide remote and on-site support for authentication setup (EU Login, security keys, e-ID).
- Log and track incidents in ServiceNow, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Assist users with technical troubleshooting and guidance.
- Conduct in-person training sessions (FR & EN) for up to 20 participants with follow-up support.
- Organize and deliver webinars on authentication setup and usage.
Qualifications
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Excellent communication skills in French & English
- Patience, empathy, and active listening in high-assistance situations
- Familiarity with authentication tech (mobile apps, security keys, e-IDs)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) is a plus
- Strong training and presentation skills for sessions & webinars
- Adaptability to support elderly users with varying tech skills
- Team player in a diverse, international environment
