- Pour rejoindre un de ses projets stratégiques, l'ONEM recherche un.e Senior Functional Analyst.
- Titulaire d'un master et trilingue FR/EN/NL vous pouvrez prouver une expérience réussie d'au moins 10 ans dans l'analyse fonctionnelle/business. Vous maitriser la modelisation BPMN et pouvez prouver une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans pour cette compétence. Vous pouvez prouver une expériecne récente et réussie dans la rédaction de use cases, des functional et non-functional requirements, spécification techniques, mais aussi de users stories et de test cases. Vous pouvez prouver une expéreince réussie et récente dans l'organisation de tests fonctionnels, l'organisation et la conduite de réunions business/dev. Vous êtes capable de rédiger une documentation technique et fonctionnelle et pouvez prouver une expérience récente et réussie dans cette compétence. Vous disposez d'une certification PRince 2 Foundation et des certifications relatives à la qualité ou l'innovation (type 6 I's of innovation) sont des atouts non négligeables.
- Les principes Agile vous sont connus et vous pouvez prouver une expérience réussie d'au moins 5 ans dans l'accompagnement d'équipe dans le processus de transition Waterfall vers Agile.
- Vous disposez de fortes compétences en accompagnement, coaching, formation et gestion d'équipes.
- En plus de votre CV vous devez répondre à l'exercice suivant (l'absence ou l'insuffisance de réponse est éliminatoire) :
- Dans un société il y a une vingtaine d'équipes avec à leur tête un responsable d'équipe. Suite au COVID il faut réserver sa place quand on revient travailler dans la société. On va donc développer une application qui permet de définir quand un collaborateur vient travailler sur site et quand il télétravaille.
- Le collaborateur doit venir au moins 3 jours par semaine sur site. Un des jours doit être commun avec son équipe. Le jour commun est défini à l'avance par le chef d'équipe.
- Le nombre de place sur site est limité à 70% du nombre des collaborateurs.
- Le collaborateur doit remplir un calendrier tous les mois pour chaque demi-jour avec l'indication :
- Présent sur site
- Télétravail
- Absent
- Un collaborateur peut être absent le jour de présence de son équipe
- Le système ne doit lui donner la possibilité d'être présent sur site que si le % de présence est inférieur à 70%.

- Veuillez définir le modèle de données lié à ce calendrier (diagramme au choix)
