Job description Objectives and responsibilities: Ensure the organization, monitoring, and implementation of all system and IT infrastructure within their scope to ensure its effectiveness. Main areas of activities and tasks: Participate in defining and implementing the IT strategy: establish projects for evolution based on needs, ensure IT reporting, and monitor technological advancements. Manage the activities of the IT department: establish and manage the department's budget, plan activities and ensure adherence to schedules, manage subcontracting, and supervise the procurement of equipment. Lead projects: gather user needs, monitor progress and propose adjustments, create dashboards, define and plan maintenance policies, and establish internal communication methods. Develop and implement improvement proposals within their work domain. Team management: supervise and control the work of the IT team, participate in IT personnel management decisions such as recruitment, termination, compensation, mobility, and training. Relationships: Internal: Colleagues within the department, Business Partners, and Business Units Colleagues from the company's Group IT department External: Software and Hardware suppliers.
