(Senior) Corporate Officer

•Vous rédigerez et reverrez différents types de documents légaux tels que des contrats, des accords ou encore des résolutions.
•Vous assurerez l’ouverture et la fermeture de comptes bancaires et l’approbation de comptes annuels.
•Vous serez en charge des aspect AML/KYC au moment de l’onboarding de nouveaux clients.
•Vous organiserez des assemblées générales et prendrez les minutes.
•La mise à jour des informations sur les différents registres fera partie de vos tâches quotidiennes. Profil et parcours | Finance – CoSec – Fiduciaire – PSF – Corporate Governance – Droit •Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant que corporate officer au sein d’un environnement similaire tel qu’un fiduciaire ou une PSF.
•Afin d’assurer de bonnes communications avec vos interlocuteurs, vous parlez couramment français et anglais .
•Vous avez une forte expérience avec les soparfis et holdings et/ou avec les fonds d’investissements et SPVs.
•Vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et organisée , cela est essentiel à votre réussite dans ce rôle.
