Als centraal HR contactpunt is het doel om ondermeer de evolutie naar meer Self Service van onze medewerkers en managers op elk niveau te ondersteunen en te begeleiden.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je hebt een dynamische rol en je bent verantwoordelijk voor verschillende resultaatgebieden.
- Je bent het eerstelijns aanspreekpunt voor vragen van de medewerkers en managers voor het Self Service Systeem (ESS & MSS) Successfactors en allerhande vragen rond personeelsadministratie, toepassing van verschillende CAO's en bedrijfsregelingen.
- Je ziet het als een uitdaging om allerlei administratieve taken tijdens de "life cycle" van onze medewerkers tijdig en goed te verwerken in de HR Software Successfactors.
- Je houdt nauw contact met de HRBP van je klantendomein, de HR experts (Social Legal / Comp & Ben / Recr. & Talent), de HR payroll verantwoordelijke, het sociaal secretariaat voor expertise gerichte vragen en met de HRIS voor het verder optimaliseren van de processen.
- Dit doe je via jouw inzicht in de reële klantbehoefte en jouw constante evaluatie van de ervaring van de klanten van de bestaande processen.
- Je draagt ertoe bij om functionele hulpmiddelen en HR-toepassingen te beheren.
- Je werkt op de evolutie van de HR-toepassingen en implementeert verbeteringen ter ondersteuning van de verschillende HR-processen.
Werkzaamheden:
- Het beantwoorden van HR gerelateerde vragen (inhoudelijke + procesgerelateerde) via mail, telefoon, face to face, van de medewerkers op een klantvriendelijke manier
- Het correct verwerken van aanvragen ivm tijdskrediet, thematische verloven, afwezigheden, educatief verlof, contractverhogingen, ...
- Het opvolgen van briefwisseling van en naar externe instanties, medewerkers, ...
- Het Bewaken van administratieve processen en procedures bij de in-, door- en uitstroom (o.a.: mutaties, uit diensten, ...), bepaalde events in de life cycle van de medewerker
Profiel:
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een bedrijfseconomische richting (rechtspraktijk, personeelsbeheer) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring,
- Je hebt een goede kennis van HR processen / personeelsbeheer, sociale wetgeving,
- Je bent tweetalig (NL/FR),
- Je bent nauwkeurig,
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en houdt van vernieuwing, digitalisering om het werk slimmer en klantgerichter te doen,
- Je bent communicatief, assertief en oplossingsgericht,
- Je beschikt over een goed analytisch vermogen en je hebt een klant- en resultaatgerichte instelling,
- Je hebt een pro-actieve houding en je zin voor organisatie zorgt ervoor dat je probleemoplossend werkt en dat je zeer goed prioriteiten kan leggen,
- Je biedt problemen makkelijk het hoofd en zorgt ook in stresserende situaties voor een correcte dienstverlening.

En tant que point de contact RH, l'objectif est d'accompagner nos employés et nos managers vers un self service RH.
Responsabilités:
- Vous avez un rôle dynamique et êtes en charge de différents domaines d'activités RH.
- Vous êtes le point de contact principal pour les questions des employés et des managers concernant le système Self Service (ESS & MSS) Successfactors et pour toutes les questions liées à l'administration du personnel, application des conventions collectives et règles d'entreprise.
- Vous voyez comme un défi de traiter toutes les tâches administratives liées au cycle RH de nos employés dans le système Successfactors.
- Vous restez en contact étroit avec le HRBP en charge de vos clients, les experts RH (Socio-juridique / Comp & Ben / Recrutement & Talent), le responsable paie, le secrétariat social pour les questions spécifiques et le HRIS pour optimiser les processus.
- Vous gérez vos dossiers en donnant la priorité aux besoins du client et en veillant à l'expérience client.
- Vous contribuez aussi à gérer de manière fonctionnelle les outils et les applications RH.
- Vous collaborez à l'évolution des applications RH et vous implémentez des améliorations pour soutenir les différents processus RH.
Activités:
- Répondre aux questions RH en termes de contenus et de processus - par mail, téléphone, face à face - aux employés de manière conviviale
- Traiter correctement les demandes spécifiques telles que crédit-temps, congés thématiques, absences, congés éducation, augmentations de contrat, ...
- Assurer le suivi des échanges de courriers vers et à partir des organismes externes, employés, ...
- Etre garant des procédures administratives et processus pour tous les événements du cycle RH de l'employé
Profil:
- Vous avez un bachelor en gestion/économie/RH ou expérience équivalente
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de la gestion des processus RH et de l'administration du personnel
- Vous êtes bilingue (FR/NL)
- Vous êtes précis
- Vous êtes curieux et aimez l'innovation et la digitalisation pour travailler plus intelligemment et de manière plus personnalisée
- Vous êtes communicatif, assertif et orienté sur la solution
- Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse et vous êtes orienté client et résultats
- Vous avez une attitude proactive et votre sens de l'organisation assurent une gestion des problèmes efficace et des priorités
- Vous gérez des situations complexes dans des situations stressantes mais veillez toujours au service client
