Senior Corporate Officer

•Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec l’équipe comptable dans le cadre de l’approbation des comptes annuels.
•Vous organiserez et conduirez des assemblées générales ordinaires et extraordinaires.
•Vous rédigerez et reverrez différents types de documents tels que des minutes, des accords ou encore de résolution.
•Vous serez amené et à guider vos collègues juniors. Profil et parcours | Corporate officer – Finance – Fonds d’investissement – Fiduciaire - PSF •Vous avez au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Corporate Officer dans un environnement similaire, tel qu'une fiduciaire ou un PSF au Luxembourg. Cela vous permettra de vous acclimater plus rapidement à votre nouvel environnement.
•Afin de pouvoir échanger avec vos collègues et vos clients, vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais .
•Pour être efficace dans votre rôle, vous avez une bonne compréhension des fonds d’investissement alternatifs en private equity et/ou en real estate.
•Vous vous considérez comme une personne proactive et dynamique , ce qui vous permettra d'être réceptif à la formation que vous recevrez. •Afin de compléter ce salaire et valoriser vos efforts, un bonus annuel vous sera versé.
•Des chèques-repas d’une valeur de 10,80 € chacun vous seront offerts, vous permettant de vous restaurer sans utiliser vos fonds personnels.
