Bij Cerba HealthCare & Research draait alles om bioklinische analyse en onderzoek – met de missie om complexe klinische onderzoeken het hoofd te bieden en het welzijn van patiënten wereldwijd te bevorderen. Vanuit onze laboratoria in Gent en Anderlecht bieden we de medische experten toegang tot méér dan 1.500 verschillende testen en zijn we een cruciale schakel voor ziekenhuizen, pharmaceutische sector en medische instellingen. Kwaliteit en veiligheid staan bij ons centraal: onze hoge standaarden zijn ISO/IEC 15189-geaccrediteerd.

Door onze groei zoeken we nu een ervaren preventieadviseur die wil bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving voor al onze medewerkers, te midden van onze research expertise en laboratoriumapparatuur en -procedures .

Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

Als Preventieadviseur Niveau 1 ben jij hét brein achter onze interne preventiedienst. Samen met het management bouw je aan een cultuur waarin veiligheid en welzijn centraal staan, met speciale aandacht voor onze labo-omgeving en de unieke risico's die hier spelen. Je staat aan het hoofd van de interne dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk . Je zorgt voor een nauwgezette aanpak van risico's en houdt onze medewerkers veilig, zodat ze met een gerust hart hun cruciale werk kunnen doen. Daar we twee sites hebben in Gent en Anderlecht, zoeken we iemand die idealiter een goede kennis heeft van het Frans en het Nederlands.

  • Labveiligheid voorop: Jij ontwikkelt, bewaakt en voert een preventiebeleid uit dat specifiek gericht is op de uitdagingen in een laboratorium en research centra.
  • Naleving van veiligheidsnormen: Met oog voor detail zorg jij dat we aan alle wettelijke verplichtingen voldoen.
  • Adviesrol: Je bent de brug tussen de directie en de teams en biedt advies over complexe veiligheids- en gezondheidsvraagstukken.
  • Coördinatie van audits en inspecties: Jij regelt alle veiligheidsaudits en interne controles zodat we altijd compliant zijn en risico's beheerst blijven.

We zoeken een toffee collega met

  • Een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 1, ervaring in een laboratorium En/of research omgeving is een plus.
  • Een sterke communicator, die veiligheid en preventie op alle niveaus onder de aandacht weet te brengen.
  • Een proactief en resultaatgerichte aanpak. Jij bent iemand die alijd gaat voor de hoogste standaard van veiligheid.
  • een can-do mentaliteit en nauwkeurigheid om snel verbeteringsprocessen te identificeren en implementeren.
