Fluent Dutch and English speakers with a sales mindset – we want to meet you Wello Solutions develops field service management software for companies that work with technicians, assets, and on-site service operations. Our platform is used every day by professional service organizations in sectors such as technical maintenance, energy, security systems, and facility services.
To support our growth in Belgium and the Netherlands, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Executive to join our team in Brussels.
This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in B2B SaaS sales, who wants to grow in a full sales cycle role.
Follow up on inbound leads and help generate new opportunities
• Prospect and build your own pipeline in the Dutch-speaking market
• Work closely with internal teams during the sales process
• Keep your sales activities and pipeline up to date in the CRM
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or SaaS
• Interest in technology and operational software
• Comfortable speaking with business contacts by phone and video
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English. French is a plus
A learning-oriented sales role in a growing SaaS company
• Coaching and support from experienced sales colleagues
• Exposure to real customer cases and complex sales situations
