**Office Manager (FR/EN)**

Part-time or full-time

- Our growing team works in the beautiful GreenBizz building in Brussels._
- We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to join our team full
- or part-time at the office. This is an exciting opportunity to play an active role in the growth of our company and the energy sharing revolution._

**Your responsibilities**:
**Administration**:

- Assist the team with daily, operational tasks
- Assist the team in customer requests (after-sales service) and support

**Human Resources**:

- Manage recruitment
- Manage payroll

**Finance**:

- Assist the accountant in VAT preparation, payment reconciliation and accounts
- Prepare invoices and payments
- Assist in the preparation of financial reporting

**Your qualifications, experience and skills**:

- Good command of online tools. Experience with Google Drive, Exact and SDWorks is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English. Dutch is a plus.
- Customer-orientation, friendliness and versatility.
- Previous experience in renewable or tech sector is a plus.

**Vos responsabilités**:
**Administration**:

- Assister l'équipe dans ses tâches quotidiennes et opérationnelles
- Assister l'équipe dans les demandes des clients (service après-vente) et le support.

**Ressources humaines**:

- Gérer le recrutement
- Gérer les salaires

**Comptabilité**:

- Assister le comptable dans la préparation de la TVA, le rapprochement des paiements et la comptabilité
- Préparer les factures et les paiements
- Aider à la préparation des rapports financiers

**Vos qualifications, votre expérience et vos compétences**:

- Bonne maîtrise des outils en ligne. Une expérience avec Google Drive, Exact et SDWorks est un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais. Le néerlandais est un plus.
- Orientation client, convivialité et polyvalence.
- Une expérience préalable dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables ou de la technologie est un plus.
