**Bestaansreden van de functie**:
In samenwerking met zijn/haar collega's van de Cel Communicatie en overeenkomstig de strategie van de Zone, verzekert de Webmaster-Community Manager de volgende hoofdtaken:
**Webmaster**
Onder het toezicht van de directie van de Cel Communicatie,
1. in de Office 365-omgeving - behalve de Outlook-mailomgeving - van police.belgium.eu:
- Ondersteunen van de ingebruikname en van de bijwerking van het Intranet in de SharePoint-interface, op basis van de richtlijnen van DRI.
- Publiceren van de inlichtingen en mededelingen die voorbereid worden door de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n) van de Cel.
- Ontwikkelen van applicaties in de Office 365-omgeving om de digitalisering van de informatieflows te ondersteunen binnen de Politiezone.
- Implementeren van een supportdienst voor de Office 365-tools binnen de Zone op basis van de instructies, informatie en contacten met DRI.
- Implementeren van de instructies inzake het beheer van de toegangen tot de Office 365-tools, met uitzondering van de Outlook-mailomgeving. Hiertoe krijgen de leden van de Cel Communicatie die de functie van Webmaster uitoefenen het statuut van Systeembeheerder van police.belgium.eu, alsook dat van Technical Manager van deze tools van de Politiezone.
- Opvolgen van de technische nieuwigheden en van de door Microsoft ontwikkelde updates voor deze tools die ter beschikking gesteld worden van de Zone, en deze nieuwigheden doorgeven aan de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n). In dit kader zullen de Webmasters permanente opleidingen volgen om hun expertise op dit vlak te behouden.
2. in de omgeving van de internetsite
- Opvolgen van de technische nieuwigheden, en van de updates ontwikkeld door DRI, voor de internetsite police.be/5344, en deze nieuwigheden doorgeven aan de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n).
- Publiceren van de inlichtingen en mededelingen die voorbereid worden door de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n) van de Cel.
- Het contactpunt zijn voor DRI voor de supportvragen met betrekking tot de site.
**Community management**
- Uitvoeren van de richtlijnen van de directie van de Cel Communicatie inzake het beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van de sociale media van de Politiezone.
- Overmaken van de boodschappen die voorbereid worden door de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n) van de Cel aan de doelpublieken geïdentificeerd in de communicatieplannen.
- Maken van illustraties en computergraphics om de boodschappen zo goed mogelijk over te brengen naar het beoogde doelpubliek.
- Antwoorden op de vragen van de bevolking, indien nodig onder het toezicht van de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n) van de Cel.
- Publiceren van de inlichtingen en mededelingen voorbereid door de Communicatieverantwoordelijke(n) van de Cel.
**Polyvalentie**
- Deelnemen aan de projecten van de Cel Communicatie van de Zone en de medewerkers van de Cel ondersteunen in dit kader.
- Ondersteunen van de Cel Communicatie op het gebied van crisiscommunicatie in geval van een ernstig incident in het kader van de opdrachten ter zake van de Cel.
