_**IPM recrute sa/son digital marketing coordinator pour ses marques La Libre Belgique, DH Les sports +, Paris Match & Courrier International**_

Vous êtes jeune, dynamique, vous avez des qualités relationnelles et vous souhaitez participer activement aux stratégies et aux actions marketing d’acquisition qui permettront de soutenir notre croissance d’abonnements digitaux et papier pour les titres de presse d’IPM. Vous intégrerez l’équipe marketing sous la responsable du pôle acquisition & fidélisation.

**Vos missions**:

- **Web operation **_

Validation & création des offres commerciales dans les systèmes back-office (CRM, PSP,)

Mises-en-place des expériences sur les sites pour augmenter la visibilité des offres commerciales

Réservation des espaces publicitaires sur nos supports internes

Définition, création, encodage & suivi du matériel publicitaire pour les campagnes externes

Choix des canaux de communication en fonction du ROI des campagnes d’acquisition.

Identifier les différents segments parmi notre clientèle et personnaliser les offres commerciales en fonction des signaux comportementaux sur nos sites ou de l’historique commercial.

Gérer et coordonner des projets interne en collaboration avec d’autres départements

**Votre profil**:
Vous disposez d’un diplôme de Bachelier ou Master, de préférence en gestion/marketing

Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Digital Manager en agence média ou chez l’annonceur.
Vous êtes analytiques, structurés tout en ayant une approche créative dans la production des assets

Vous avez une expérience probante dans la gestion de campagnes média à la performance (Paid search, Paid social, Programmatic display, Affiliation,)

Vous maitrisez les canaux d’acquisition digitaux, les outils marketing et Analytics

Vous avez une bonne connaissance d’un CRM, idéalement Microsoft Dynamics

Vous êtes autonome et appréciez également le travail en équipe

Vous êtes francophone avec une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Vous êtes curieux/se et attiré par le marketing digital.
Vous avez un minimum d’expérience (entre 1 et 3 ans) dans une agence média ou un département marketing, démontrant une base solide en gestion de projet.
