Sibelga bekend maken als een transparante onderneming met expertise op energievlak die haar klanten het leven makkelijker wil maken, dat is de opdracht van de dienst Communicatie. Die dienst werkt ook mee aan het faciliteren van de interne relaties, het versterken van de cohesie en het mobiliseren van de medewerkers. Bij de interne communicatie staan we voor een aantal uitdagingen:
zorgen dat onze medewerkers weten waar zij gemakkelijk informatie kunnen vinden wanneer zij die nodig hebben;
de managers de middelen aanreiken om met hun teams te communiceren en informatie met hen te delen;
onze medewerkers in de kijker zetten via onze publicaties om onze teams en vakgebieden te belichten;
alles in het werk stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat elke technicus kan worden gecontacteerd met behulp van de juiste en doeltreffende tools/kanalen.
JOUW JOB
Je verdiept je in het nieuws van het bedrijf, in de werking van onze communicatiekanalen en je bent/blijft een luisterend oor;
Je werkt je in in de systemen voor het beheer vanhet intranet en de tv-circuits;
**Je creëert content voor onze verschillende kanalen**: nieuws voor het intranet, artikelen voor onze bedrijfskrant, informatie voor het tv-kanaal, enz.;
Je neemt deel aan de wekelijkse vergaderingen van de dienst;
Je verdiept je in het grafisch charter en de visuele identiteit van Sibelga om het na te leven en ervoor te zorgen dat het wordt nageleefd;
In samenwerking met de technische experts ontwikkel je alle audiovisuele ondersteuning en zorg je voor de follow-up bij externe partners.
JOUW PROFIEL
Je hebt een bachelor
- of masterdiploma in communicatie;
Je hebt minimum 2 jaar professionele ervaring in een communicatiefunctie;
Je hebt een perfecte kennis van een van de twee landstalen en een zeer goede kennis van de andere taal;
**Kerncompetenties**: autonomie, teampplayer, delen van kennis.
