**Responsibilities**:
- Lead monthly end closing:
- Ensure the correct accounting, analyze the monthly results, present & explain the gap vs comparative scenarios to stakeholders globally & regionally, perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation and ageing analysis.
- Ensure the different departments are regularly updated on performance cost & budget.
- Challenge stakeholders on new requests & find cost savings opportunities to reinvest in the business.
- Prepare the annual budget/forecast (3/year):
- Engage in discussion with the different budget owners to prepare their Full Year forecast, and challenge them on the new request.
- Ensure processes and controls are fit to purpose.
- Participate in cross-functional teamwork to drive continuous improvements.
- Support the implementation of the new plan & forecast technology and lead the gross margin variance analysis.
- Upload the forecast in the finance tool, SAP.

- Process-oriented. Ability to find solutions to improve efficiency.

**Requirements**:
- 3 years of finance experience, with preference in FMCG or Audit firms.
- Proficient in Excel and SAP.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, working with all levels within a cross-functional organization.
- Fluent in English - French is a plus.
