Overzicht:
Fluxys is een internationale energieinfrastructuurgroep met 1.300 personeelsleden actief in gasvervoer en -opslag en terminalling van vloeibaar aardgas.

Als purpose-gedreven bedrijf engageren we ons om snel te schakelen naar een koolstofneutrale wereld. We verkennen nieuwe technologieën en we investeren in infrastructuur om waterstof, biomethaan, CO2 en andere moleculen voor een klimaatneutrale toekomst te vervoeren.

Het departement GRID beheert het gasvervoersnet van Fluxys Belgium, met als doel op elk moment de gastoevoer naar de eindverbruikers te verzekeren en de veiligheid van de installaties, het milieu en de medewerkers te garanderen. Concreet omvat dit de inspectie, de exploitatie en het onderhoud van het leidingnet en bijbehorende installaties en het in goede banen leiden van alle werken uitgevoerd door derden in de nabijheid van onze installaties. Organisatorisch is het departement GRID opgesplitst in 5 regionale zones verdeeld over België, hierbij versterkt door twee centrale diensten (Asset & Maintenance Team en Third Party Works Team) die het onderhoudsprogramma en de werkmethoden bepalen en door middel van technische analyses en innovatieve oplossingen de betrouwbaarheid en de beschikbaarheid van onze installaties bewaken en verbeteren.

Voor het departement**GRID (Station Asset & Maintenance Team) voor onze zetel in Anderlecht zijn wij op zoek naar een **Process & Safety Agent** (m/v/x).

Je helpt bij het verhogen van de operationele expertise van Fluxys door bij te dragen tot de toekomstige evolutie van onze installaties en onderhoudsmethodes. Je begeleidt Fluxys bij zijn digitaliseringsdoelstellingen en werkt actief mee aan de energie
- en klimaattransitie.
- Je maakt deel uit van een team dat de regionale zones ondersteunt bij het beheer en onderhoud van het gasnet en je rapporteert aan de Process & Safety Engineer
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle vragen over de procesregeling en karakteristieken van onze installaties, zoals drukken, temperaturen, debieten en verbruiken
- Je neemt deel aan transversale standaardiseringsgroepen om bestaande en nieuwe installaties te verbeteren
- Je bent de contactpersoon voor monitoring en rapportage van alle emissies en neemt actief deel aan initiatieven om emissies te mínimaliseren via ontwerpverbeteringen, herstelcampagnes en het gebruik van compressie en mobiele fakkels
- Je helpt onze installaties efficiënt en milieuvriendelijk te maken door de optimale werking te waarborgen en de knowhow van de teams te versterken
- In samenwerking met de regionale zones analyseer je incidenten, bepaal je de noodzakelijke acties en bewaak je de tijdige en correcte uitvoering van actieplannen
- Je analyseert en definieert werkmethoden en stelt bijbehorende werkinstructies op om de juiste toepassing te waarborgen
- Je draagt bij aan intelligente netwerksystemen (IoT en Maintenance 4.0) om systemen met elkaar te verbinden, gegevens uit te wisselen, op te slaan en te visualiseren, en ontwikkelt innovatieve oplossingen voor optimale monitoring, onderhoud en werking van onze installaties
- In lijn met het doel van Fluxys om H2- en CO2-moleculen te transporteren in onze infrastructuur, werk je aan de toekomstige strategie voor het voorkomen en beheren van lekken van H2 en CO2
- Je bezit een bachelorsdiploma in elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de industriële sector
- Je hebt een passie voor de energietransitie en nieuwe technologieën (Maintenance 4.0, IoT, dataanalyse, enz.)
- Je hebt een kritische geest om grote hoeveelheden gegevens te analyseren
- Je bezit een goede dosis intellectuele nieuwsgierigheid
- Je zet sterk in op problemsolving en kan hier zelfstandig mee aan de slag
- Je werkt graag in team en past uitstekende communicatievaardigheden toe
- Je hebt sterke kennis van zowel het Nederlands als het Frans. Je hebt ook een praktische kennis van het Engels.
