Fluxys est un groupe international d’infrastructures énergétiques comptant 1.300 employés actifs dans le domaine du transport & stockage de gaz et du terminalling de gaz naturel liquéfié.

Guidés par notre raison d’être, nous nous engageons à accélérer la transition vers un monde neutre en carbone. Nous explorons de nouvelles technologies et investissons dans des infrastructures pour transporter de l’hydrogène, du biométhane, du CO2 et d’autres molécules en vue d’un avenir climatiquement neutre.

Le département GRID gère le réseau de transport de gaz de Fluxys Belgium, dans le but de garantir en permanence l'approvisionnement en gaz aux utilisateurs finaux et d'assurer la sécurité des installations, de l'environnement et du personnel. Concrètement, cela comprend l'inspection, l'exploitation et la maintenance du réseau de conduites et des installations associées, ainsi que la coordination de tous les travaux réalisés par des tiers à proximité de nos installations. Sur le plan organisationnel, le département GRID est divisé en 5 zones régionales réparties sur la Belgique, renforcées par deux services centraux (équipe d'actifs et de maintenance et équipe des travaux effectués par des tiers) qui définissent le programme de maintenance et les méthodes de travail, et qui surveillent et améliorent la fiabilité et la disponibilité de nos installations grâce à des analyses techniques et des solutions innovantes.

Pour le département**GRID (Station Asset & Maintenance Team) au sein de notre site d’Anderlecht, nous sommes à la recherche d’un **Process & Safety Agent**(h/f/x).

Vous contribuez à améliorer l’expertise opérationnelle de Fluxys en participant à l'évolution future de nos installations et méthodes d'entretien. Vous guidez Fluxys dans ses objectifs de numérisation et participez activement à la transition énergétique et climatique.
- Vous faites partie d'une équipe qui soutient les zones régionales dans la gestion et l'entretien du réseau gazier, et vous rapportez à l'ingénieur en procédés et sécurité
- Vous êtes la personne de contact pour toutes les questions relatives à la régulation des processus et aux caractéristiques de nos installations, telles que les pressions, les températures, les débits et les consommations
- Vous participez à des groupes de normalisation transversaux pour améliorer les installations existantes et nouvelles
- Vous êtes la personne de contact pour la surveillance et le rapport de toutes les émissions, et vous participez activement à des initiatives visant à minimiser les émissions par le biais d'améliorations de conception, de campagnes de réparation et de l'utilisation de compressions et de torches mobiles
- Vous contribuez à rendre nos installations efficaces et respectueuses de l'environnement en garantissant un fonctionnement optimal et en renforçant les connaissances des équipes
- En collaboration avec les zones régionales, vous analysez les incidents, déterminez les actions nécessaires et surveillez la mise en œuvre opportune et correcte des plans d'action
- Vous contribuez aux systèmes de réseau intelligents (IoT et Maintenance 4.0) pour connecter les systèmes, échanger, stocker et visualiser des données, et développez des solutions innovantes pour une surveillance, un entretien et un fonctionnement optimaux de nos installations
- En accord avec l'objectif de Fluxys de transporter des molécules de H2 et de CO2 dans notre infrastructure, vous travaillez sur la stratégie future pour prévenir et gérer les fuites de H2 et de CO2
- Vous avez un diplôme de bachelier en électromécanique ou une expérience équivalente
- Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction similaire dans le secteur industriel
- Vous avez une passion pour la transition énergétique et les nouvelles technologies (Maintenance 4.0, IoT, analyse de données, etc.)
- Vous avez un esprit critique pour analyser de grandes quantités de données.
- Vous possédez une bonne dose de curiosité intellectuelle
- Vous êtes fortement axé sur la résolution de problèmes et pouvez travailler de manière autonome
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et appliquez d'excellentes compétences en communication
- Vous avez une solide connaissance du néerlandais et du français. Vous avez également une connaissance pratique de l'anglais
