**About Our Client**:
Our client is an international company, they're active in the automotive industry. Their work atmosphere can be described as open, dynamic, multicultural & inclusive. Their office is located in Zaventem and is easily accessible with public transport or with the car.

As Administrative Project assistant you're responsible for:

- Analyse and provide reporting about the different results within the project.
- Provide feedback to internal clients
- Smartly take care that the information registered is not duplicated or incomplete.
- Manage feedback process to ensure findings are solved and tested.
- Handle the administrative follow-up.

**The Successful Applicant**:
As Administrative Project assistant you're / have:

- A Bachelor's Degree.
- A good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Detail-Oriented and organised.
- A real teamplayer.
