IT Service Desk - Team Lead

Job
You will set KPIs for the team and provide reporting to management, including SLA performance.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day effectiveness
You prioritize the incoming tickets and work out procedures
You ensure the team act as customer oriented champions, making sure the team provides the best possible customer service
Follow-up up the incident management process
You assist and resolve complex incidents
You report to the Service Delivery Manager
Profile
You have at least a Bachelor degree or demonstrable experience in a role as Service Desk Engineer (3-5 years of which some as a Team Lead)
Experience managing a team or a previous position as Team-Lead is a plus
Setting priorities is not a problem for you and you maintain a good overview. You are result-oriented and know how to motivate your team in a positive way
You have an IT-technical background and have all-round IT infrastructure Windows knowledge
**Must have, languages**: Dutch + French + English
