General Position Description:
To support growth and commercialisation our cutting-edge products in the energy sector, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brussels.
You will be working mostly on generating leads and implementing Marketing strategies for our energy services, especially solar panels and domestic batteries installation around Belgium.
We are looking for someone who is hungry and driven, who can filter out all the background noise and focus on connecting with potential customers, analysing new market opportunities, and driving new leads. The ideal person will be creative, proactive, driven, and comfortable working independently and in team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for new and existing products.
- Acquire users and create support communities for products.
- Conduct customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
- Copywriting for all initiatives, including marketing, digital campaigns, and surveys of end-users of the provided services.
- Prepare the marketing materials, such as advertisements, brochures, flyers and presentations.
- Proactive interaction with business and IT development team members to successfully bring products to end users.
- Optimize (SEO,SEA and conversion) and maintain our websites with associated (calculation) tools.
- Manage and optimize Google and Microsoft campaigns together with an external agency.
- From social media content to brochures, you know how to come up with the right message for B2B and B2C.
- Coordinate and execute content planning and keep our website and social media channels up-to-date.
Qualifications:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced and fluid company poised for growth in one of the Europe’s most rapidly changing industries.
Specific qualifications are:
- You have a relevant bachelor or master degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- You are a passionate multilingual (English, Dutch and French) marketing communication professional.
- Having experiences in launching new digital products, especially in a startup environment.
- You have a creative mind, which can also think and work digitally and cross-media.
- You get energy from conceptual and strategic thinking, implementation and evaluation.
- You are flexible in your work, but also systematic. We can entrust an assignment to you.
- You are spontaneous, self-motivated, energetic and independent. In short, an enthusiastic team player and multi-tasker who works in a structured and proactive way.
