**Je functie**:
This is a unique and central position in the team where you have full responsibility for the day-to-day financial administration, invoicing and preparatory work for the bookkeeping, using a very powerful and intuitive on-line tool
- processing incoming invoices
- making payments, booking bank statements
- invoicing of services in cooperation with the lawyers
- follow-up of budgets, etc.

In addition, you are also in charge of:

- providing administrative support (digital and paper format) on the legal cases that are managed by the lawyers
- some marketing and communication tasks such as organising events, social media posts, etc.
- draft internal and external documents in Word, PowerPoint and Excel (very little typing, but taking care of the layout, review and finalisation of the documents)
- general administrative tasks: small translations, filing, archiving, booking and preparing meetings, reserving hotels, business trips, etc.
- back-up of your colleague office assistant (welcoming visitors, answering incoming calls, etc)

You will work closely with the Office Assistant and the external accountant, the partners and lawyers.
In this modern office, lawyers are used to doing a lot themselves and work with the most modern tools. The emphasis of this role will therefore be more on monitoring, coordinating, checking, managing, than on basic tasks such as typing, data entry and so on.

**Je profiel**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English is a must (written and spoken)
- Min. 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of accounting, love working with figures
- Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel. You can easily adapt to new software tools.
- Pro-active, initiative-taker
