**Omschrijving**:
- Reporting to the Director Legal Affairs, you will:
- Coordinate the review by the Legal Forum
- Prepare the regular briefing of upcoming consultations
- Support the legal team: travel requests and arrangements; financial forms and contracts; reimbursement of expenses; registration to trainings.
Assist with planning and organisation of meetings.
- Monitor budget and verify correct allocation of expenditures.
- Maintain the membership database (Salesforce) and Sharepoint files
- Reporting to the Director Industrial Transformation, you will:
- Support the Director Industrial Transformation projects and the team with the operational side of projects
- management of consultancies including notably
- procurement
- preparation of contracts
- management of invoices
- Initiate, organise and prepare meetings with senior experts and with CEO level
- Prepare invitations and registration forms for virtual meetings and for physical meetings
**Profiel**
- A bachelor’s degree in Office Management or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a management assistant or a similar role, experience within a member association is an asset.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, web management and social media skills.
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize work accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
