**Description**:
You will be part of a dynamic team in Private Banking. You will be responsible for the secretariat and the follow-up of the highly varied commercial and administrative activities of this team. You will be assisted in this task by the commercial assistants in the various branches and administrative assistants in the head office.
Assisting your team includes:
Administrative support:
- Preparing documents for opening accounts.
- Preparing office meetings.
- Maintaining agendas and scheduling all meetings.
- Administrative follow-up on client contacts.
- Preparing bank deposits and following up on money and securities transfers.
- Checking files transferred to head office.
Commercial support:
- Welcoming clients, prospects and external partners.
- Sending documentation at the request of clients.
- Handling telephone calls from clients.
- Tracking visits and meeting reports in CRM.
General support:
- Keeping procedures up to date and reporting possible improvements and changes.
- Monitoring the office stock and placing orders
- Telephony.
- Ensuring the back-up of the reception desk.
**Profile**
- An education at Bachelor's level (secretarial or languages).
- Extensive experience of at least 5 years as a Management Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
- A very good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
- A fluent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- You are a talented organiser and work meticulously.
- You are discrete, flexible and communicative.
- You are interested in the business world and the financial sector.
