Our client an organization clearly committed to the energy transition with ambitious investment programs. As a financial holding/shareholder, they are looking for an administrative assistant to provide versatile administrative support for their activities. In this role, you will provide secretarial support to the Procurement & General Services department in their missions.
**Description**
You will act as secretary to the Procurement & General Services department, which involves
you are responsible for:
- Managing the agenda of the department manager;
- Organizing internal and external meetings;
- Welcoming visitors;
- organizing various activities within the department (e.g. teambuilding, etc.);
- Recording and monitoring training courses for departmental staff, as well as
training courses organized by the department;
- Organization of business trips and seminars;
- Seminar registration;
**Profile**
- You are fluent in French and Dutch (both spoken and written) - knowledge of English is a plus;
- You are able to make connections, to distinguish the essential from the secondary and to keep an overview;
- You are autonomous, pragmatic and have a sense of initiative;
- You have a high level of administrative precision and are punctual;
- You have good writing skills;
- You have good interpersonal skills;
- You have a thorough knowledge of the MS Office environment (including Teams, SharePoint);
- You are familiar with the institutional environment;
