**Job description**:
We are looking for a HR manager to deal with human resources issues. Under the supervision of Administration Department, the HR manager will take the following responsibilities:

- Establish a human resources and administrative management system for UIE.
- To compile, revise and improve the position and arrangement plan, job description and job qualifications, etc..
- Human resources daily work, including salary, bonus, performance evaluation, employee relations, etc.
- Storage of the documentation, office equipment and vehicles. Management of business registration, change and cancellation, as well as relative administration work.
- Make a plan for medical insurance and group insurance.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating daily administrative affairs of the company.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of various meetings and activities, and keep relevant meeting records.
- Assist in handling external matters related to industry and commerce, administrative management, etc.
- Organize document circulation and review work.
- Responsible for the management of company seals.
- Assist in receiving letters and visits.
- Responsible for collecting, organizing, and publishing various relevant information, and promptly understanding feedback information.
- Responsible for the collection, organization, and archiving of departments, and responsible for supervising and guiding the management of archives in various departments of the company.
- Responsible for the dispatch and management of office vehicles in the company.
- Responsible for managing the company's document collection and distribution.
- Responsible for coordinating the maintenance and management of the company's office automation equipment.
- Participate in the formulation and improvement of our company's administrative management system.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

**Your profile**:

- You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources etc., work experience as a HR for 3-5 years.
- You are French speakers with great command of English, understanding of Chinese language and Chinese culture will be an advantage, but not an obligation.
- You are good at coordination with favourable communication skills and be able to deal with all kinds of issues with various departments.

**Salary**: €4,000.00 - €5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
