**Description de fonction**:
**En tant que Gestionnaire de dossier auto**:
Tu traiteras la proposition de contrat et gèreras la police dans son entièreté ;
Tu travailleras selon un horaire de différents shifts de 8h à 18h ;
Tu effectueras des adaptations de contrat par téléphone avec le client ;
Tu répondras en permanence aux attentes des clients : l’effet WOW ;
Si nécessaire, tu prendras contact avec nos partenaires agences et nos services internes tels que la comptabilité ;
Tu traiteras et enverras les demandes d’informations complémentaires aux clients ;
Tu analyseras les plaintes et utiliseras ton expertise afin de proposer des solutions en étant orienté client ;
Tu collaboreras à l’amélioration de l’organisation du travail interne et prendras des initiatives en ce sens ;
Tu veilleras au maintien des délais de traitement.

**Votre profil**:
**Connaissances et expériences**:

- Tu disposes d’une (première) expérience dans un call center ;
- Une première expérience dans les assurances ou dans une agence bancaire est un atout ;
- En l’absence des diplômes requis, tu as la volonté de passer la certification PCP (Personne en Contact avec le Public) qui est une certification obligatoire pour exercer ta fonction. NN prévoit cette formation pour toi.
- Tu as une très bonne connaissance parlée et écrite du néerlandais et du français. La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus ;
- Tu possèdes une bonne connaissance d'Office (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
