**The Role**

**Mission**

The Digital Communication Manager will develop and enhance our global digital communication strategy, ensuring that we are ‘First in Search - First in Mind - First in Choice’ in our digital channels. He/she will manage Atlas Copco Portable Air’s online presence, including (but not limited to) website, social media, and other digital publications and will manage integration and automation between existing digital platforms to create a superior customer experience throughout every digital interaction they have with our brands.

You will be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution.

You will liaise with other Divisions and teams within the Atlas Copco Group to identify, share and learn from best practices.

**Job description**

**Digital communication**:
The digital communications manager will have a strong understanding and expertise in digital content, accessibility, usability, architecture, development, and social media, as well as a proven understanding of traditional marketing, search engine optimization, brand management, and online measurement tools.

You have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing strategy from concept to execution. You will work with the rest of the communication team, the marketing team, content team and our Customer Centers globally to
- Utilize strong analytical ability to understand the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Use the findings from data analytics to guide and support content team, and customer centers on improving campaign quality
- Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our digital marketing activities generates leads and identify critical improvement opportunities
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Manage Atlas Copco Portable Air’s online presence, including (but not limited to) the website
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Develop existing chatbot strategy to drive and support superior customer experience
- Develop and optimize inbound and outbound marketing strategies, including marketing automation
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns with a global picture, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and implement communication processes and tools to support our Customer Centers to grow their business in a sustainable profitable way
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

**Digital content strategy**
- You will deliver an external communications program and content strategy for our digital channels in collaboration with the Brand & Communication Manager to ensure messages and content is aligned throughout all communication channels
- Build and strengthen Atlas Copco Portable Air’s brands in the digital space
- Propose new and improved inbound and outbound campaign ideas and identify key customer needs and pain points in marketing channels
- Ensuring that strategies and content land with our Customer Centers, closely collaborate to drive change and accelerate the digital transformation within our organization
- You will work with the Brand & Communication Manager and the content team to build your stories

This position reports to the Vice President of Communication in the Portable Air Division and works in partnership with Marketing, Customer Centers, and other key business departments.

You will have one direct report and collaborate with the rest of the Communications team, partners and agencies as needed.
