Wij zoeken een Head of Operations met enkele kilometers op de teller. Heb je ervaring in het managen van operationele activiteiten binnen de digitale sector en ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende nieuwe rol? Dan willen we graag met je praten

Als Head of Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van onze bedrijfsprocessen en het coördineren van interne teams om de efficiëntie en effectiviteit te vergroten. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het realiseren van onze groeidoelstellingen en het waarborgen van de hoogste kwaliteit van dienstverlening aan onze klanten.

**Altijd op zoek naar verbetering...**:

- Operationele efficiëntie: identificeer en implementeer procesverbeteringen om de efficiëntie te verhogen en de kosten te verlagen.
- Teamcoördinatie: werk nauw samen met verschillende teams, zoals projectmanagement, webontwikkeling en marketing, om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
- Tijd
- en kostenbewaking: Tijd is geld, dus tijdsbeheer omvat ook kostenbewaking, dat wil zeggen het overzien van budgetten met projectmanagers. Hoe presteren de resources die u hebt gekozen om aan bepaalde projecten te werken? Hoe beïnvloedt hun prestatie de winstgevendheid? Om klanten tevreden te houden en winst te halen uit projecten, is het cruciaal om te monitoren hoe de tijd van het bureau wordt besteed.
- Kwaliteitsborging: zorg ervoor dat onze projecten & diensten ten allen tijde voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
- Rapportage: stel rapporten op en presenteer deze aan het managementteam.

**Functievereisten**:

- Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare operationele rol, bij voorkeur binnen een digital agency.
- Analytische vaardigheden die helpen bij het omzetten van gegevens in de juiste beslissingen.
- Uitstekende communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
- Een proactieve, resultaatgerichte mindset en het vermogen om onder druk te presteren
- Het vermogen om kalm en gefocust te blijven onder hoge druk.
- Ervaring met projectmanagement, -tools en -methodologieën is een pluspunt.
