**Wat ga je doen?**:
Om de verdere groei van Evidensia Belgium te realiseren, zoeken wij een nieuwe collega die de nieuwe functie van area director succesvol uitbouwt. Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor een regio (Limburg & Antwerpen, Oost & West
- Vlaanderen of Wallonië)
Als area director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van jouw resultaten binnen de toegewezen regio samen met jouw team van area business manager, hospital manager en location managers. Samen met jouw 2 collega’s area director en aangestuurd vanuit de Country director zorgen jullie voor een operationele excellentie binnen Evidensia België.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de strategische ontwikkeling en uitvoering van jouw area waarbij vooropgestelde jaarplan, budget, P&L en groei worden behaald
- Je creëert een werking waarin good practices en kennisdeling worden gestimuleerd. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de klinische dienstverlening binnen jouw area
- Je zorgt voor efficiënte werkprocessen (productieplanning, personeelsplanning,) en efficiënte operationele communicatie binnen jouw area.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het motiveren en inspireren van jouw team: de area business manager, de hospital managers en de location managers. Je realiseert een performante werking in het team waarbij je de medewerkers duidelijke verwachtingen en feedback geeft. Je ondersteunt de medewerkers in hun dagelijkse werking.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma waarbij je minimum 5 jaar ervaring hebt in een leidinggevende rol. Kennis van de veterinaire sector is een plus.
- Je bent sterk resultaat gedreven en hebt ervaring in het opmaken en behalen van jaardoelstellingen met jouw team.
- Dankzij jouw sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, jouw luisterbereidheid en overtuigingskracht bouw je een sterk netwerk uit. Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in NL/ENG met een goede kennis Frans.
- Je staat gekend om grote portie stressbestendigheid en weet prioriteiten te stellen in een uitdagende context.
