Carrefour België is één van de meest toonaangevende en innoverende retailers in België. Wij beschikken over 800 winkels, verdeeld over verschillende winkelconcepten: Carrefour Hypermarkten, Carrefour Market, Carrefour Express en drive.be.

De Manager Recruitment & Internal Mobility ontwikkelt, implementeert en optimaliseert coherente wervings
- en selectieprocessen en de strategie en waarborgt een ethische benadering van kandidaten gedurende het hele selectieproces. Hij/zij ontwikkelt ook de employer branding strategie om Carrefour Belgium als een aantrekkelijk bedrijf op de arbeidsmarkt te zetten.
Hij/zij coördineert en ontwikkelt het team van Recruitment & Mobility Officers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle rekrutering en interne mobiliteit binnen Carrefour België (Integrated stores, HQ)

**Aanwervingsbeleid en strategie**
- definieert de wervings
- en interne mobiliteitsstrategie in samenwerking met de HRBP's (Dir.) volgens de noden van het bedrijf
- bepaalt een coherent, efficiënt, ethisch en aangepast wervings
- en intern mobiliteitsbeleid dat nodig is om de organisatie in staat te stellen haar doelstellingen te bereiken:

- intern (transfers, promoties)
- extern (werving)
- verbetert processen en optimaliseert rekruteringstools volgens nieuwe technologieën en kanalen die beschikbaar zijn op de markt
- garandeert een wettelijk correcte en ethische opvolging tijdens het selectieproces (discriminatie bij aanwerving, GDPR, vertrouwelijkheid, neutraliteits, intern mobiliteitscharter, enz.) en zorgt ervoor dat deze principes door het hele team worden toegepast
- identificeert toekomstige behoeften op vlak van rekrutering en vindt en ontwikkelt proactief en efficiënt manieren om daarop te anticiperen
- houdt zich op de hoogte van de veranderingen en specifieke evoluties op de arbeidsmarkt en informeert de juiste personen zodat er op een up to date manier kandidaten kunnen aangetrokken worden
- selecteert en onderhandelt, in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst, de partners die worden betrokken bij het zoeken naar kandidaten: VDAB, Actiris, FOREM, uitzendbureaus, selectiebureaus en headhunters en ziet toe op deze contractuele afspraken
- zorgt voor de correcte toepassing van processen en taken die alle medewerkers van het team worden opgevolgd. Op die manier wordt een eenduidige service naar kandidaten en de hiring managers

**Employer branding**
- definieert en implementeert een strategie van sourcing (zoek naar kandidaten), i.s.m. de employer branding officer
- stelt optimalisaties voor naar organisatie, budget en look&feel i.s.m. de marketing
- en communicatiedienst
- bepaalt richtlijnen voor het schrijven van advertenties en kiest de meest geschikte wervingsmethoden en -kanalen
- voedt de jobsite en interne en externe communicatiemiddelen ter bevordering van rekrutering en interne mobiliteit
- vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op recruitment events (jobbeurzen, schoolrelaties, forums, perscontacten, enz.)
- draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het werkgeversmerk om Carrefour aantrekkelijk te maken voor mogelijke kandidaten
- stelt referral-programma’s voor en implementeert ze, om van Carrefour-medewerkers echte ambassadeurs te maken
- verbetert met zijn/haar team de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers zodat die zich snel thuis voelen en operationeel kunnen zijn. Dat gebeurt in samenwerking met de hiring managers en HRBP
- beslist over de lancering van campagnes volgens de noden en de specifieke situatie van de arbeidsmarkt

**Recruitment process**
- verzorgt de aanwerving van bepaalde functies die complex of van strategisch belang zijn, veelal op management
- en directieniveau
- perfectioneert zich in dit vakgebied en kan d.m.v. nieuwe methoden en technieken een hoge kwaliteit van aanwervingen garanderen

**Budget en reporting**
- beheert het budget volgens de prioriteiten en behoeften van het bedrijf
- consolideert de nodige informatie voor HRBP's en andere stakeholders
- zet een efficiënt informatie
- en rapportagesysteem op om een goede monitoring te garanderen. Zowel proactief (previsioning) als retroactief (effectief)

- bouwt een evenwichtig team op en faciliteert samenwerking
- versterkt actief de collectieve know how van het team
- ontwikkelt de expertise, professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid van het team en van elk van de Recruitment Officers individueel
- optimaliseert de interne werking van het team

- is een actieve ambassadeur voor Carrefour en moedigt teamleden aan om dat ook te zijn
- bevordert een cultuur van feedback
- verbindt en engageert het team voor de doelstelling van Carrefour
