In deze rol speel je een cruciale rol bij het identificeren van training behoeften, het ontwikkelen van effectieve trainingsprogramma's en het zorgen voor een gestroomlijnde uitvoering in lijn met organisatorische doelstellingen. Het betreft een interimopdracht met zicht op een vast contract.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden als Training Coordinator:

- ** Behoefteanalyse**:

- Voer beoordelingen uit om trainingsbehoeften te identificeren in de EMEA-regio.
- Werk samen met service
- en commerciële leiders om trainingsinitiatieven af te stemmen op organisatorische doelen.
- ** Beheer van Trainingsprogramma's**:

- Stel jaarlijkse service-trainingsplannen op in lijn met organisatiedoelen.
- Implementeer trainingsprogramma's in bedrijfsprocedures.
- Coördineer logistiek, planning en middelen voor trainingsessies.
- ** Evaluatie en Feedback**:

- Verzamel feedback van trainers en trainees na elke educatieve sessie.
- ** Administratie**:

- Onderhoud nauwkeurige records van trainingsaanwezigheid, evaluaties en resultaten.
- Genereer rapporten over trainingsmetrieken.
- ** Samenwerking met stakeholder**:

- Communiceer regelmatig met trainers, trainees en andere relevante belanghebbenden.
- Bevorder SOP-trainingsnormen door trainers en deelnemers te coachen in hun trainingsproces.
- Beheer het pool van trainers en hun schema.

- Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig en proactief.
- Je kunt autonoom werken en bent tegelijk een teamplayer.
- Je neemt initiatief en staat open voor verbeteringen in procedures en werkwijzen.
- Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht.
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden in het Engels, daarnaast ben je ook vlot in het Nederlands of het Frans.
