**Functieomschrijving**:
- Je bent een krak in het **detecteren van klantenbehoeften**. Door middel van focusgroepen, diepte-interviews en surveys weet jij te achterhalen wat onze klanten nodig hebben. Je vertaalt deze behoeften in een customer journey die het klantproces van A tot Z beschrijft voor jouw producten.
- Je hebt een open blik op de markt waarbij je trends kan detecteren en opportuniteiten kan spotten. Je houdt hierbij rekening met de **evoluties bij onze concurrenten**, maar je kijkt ook verder naar out-of-the-box mogelijkheden.
- Je kan als geen ander de marktinzichten en klantenbehoeften **vertalen in een roadmap** die in lijn ligt met de Acerta strategie. Je onderbouwt de roadmap met business cases zodat de directie gefundeerde investeringsbeslissingen kan nemen.
- Je werkt samen met een team van business analisten en change partners om **jouw product backlog vorm te geven**. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle requirements duidelijk zijn zodat het ICT-team kan starten met ontwikkelen.
- Samen met de delivery leads van ICT zorg je ervoor dat jouw roadmap tijdig en binnen budget gelanceerd wordt.
- Je beheert actief de producten in jouw portfolio. Je **stuurt continu bij **op basis van de verkoopscijfers en de kosten van je product. Je houdt hierbij rekening met de acerta-strategie en de klanttevredenheid.
- Je zorgt voor een succesvolle lancering van nieuwe producten en promoot bestaande producten actief in de markt. Samen met marketing, sales en kantoren werk je een **marketing en communicatieplan** uit gebaseerd op de 7 p’s. Zo zorg je voor de perfecte Go-2-Market.
**Functie vereisten**:
- Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt **ervaring met project management, business analyse en/of product management** in een hr
- of software-omgeving.
- Ervaring met **product management, B2B-marketing en pricing **is een plus.
- Bij voorkeur heb je een goed begrip van de **agile frameworks** (Scrum, Kanban, ) en technieken (Story mapping, WIP limits,..). Heb je hier nog geen ervaring mee, dan moet je uiteraard ervoor openstaan om deze nieuwe methodiek te leren.
- Je hebt in het verleden een trekkersrol opgenomen in **complexere trajecten**. Je toonde hier aan te beschikken over een helicopterview. Je bracht structuur en sturing in deze trajecten.
- Je beschikt over de nodige **overtuigingskracht en doorzettingsvermogen**, goede onderhandelingstechnieken en presentatievaardigheden.
- Je maakt complexe zaken begrijpelijk waardoor je vlot kan samenwerken met **verschillende stakeholders **(directie, payrollbeheerders, sales, marketing). Je staat open voor ieders input en weet met de nodige diplomatie en overtuigingskracht iedereen mee te krijgen in eenzelfde verhaal.

- Je krijgt een **contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u)** met flexibele werkuren en **40 betaalde verlof
- en feestdagen** (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
- Je hebt de mogelijkheid om **thuis te werken** met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €115 netto/maand.
- Een **bedrijfswagen + nationale laadkaart** behoren ook tot jouw loonpakket.
- Daarnaast krijg je **maaltijdcheques** van €8/dag, **ecocheques** van €205 en **cadeaucheques** van €40 op jaarbasis.
- We bieden jou een **uitgebreid verzekeringspakket**: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
