For a global **business performance consultancy** with HQ at the edge of Brussels we are currently looking for an **innovation performance team lead** to join their tribe
They are currently active in over **15 countries** and manage more than **15.000 projects in R&D **and innovation on a yearly basis.
Their **innovation** **performance** team consists out of 6 colleagues with backgrounds in science and law who are working - in-house - on several innovation projects with enterprise level clients.
The team focusses on cases around **R&D strategy, tax & grants optimization and subsidy opportunities **and each consultant manages their **own** **projects** from intake to implementation.
As a team leader you manage the team on a daily basis, build the foundation for their growth in the company and make sure they are always aligned with the knowledge of the market.
Furthermore you take on more high-level projects with specific clients.
**_Your profile_**
- Your friends perceive you as a **challenger** who has the creativity to reinvent, optimize and test the limits of the status quo
- Your MO always includes a **thorough approach** with **attention to details**:
- You have between **6 and 10 years of experience** in a similar role in the consulting field
- You have a master's degree in **law** or **science**:
- You are fluent in **French** & **English**
