Product Manager Marketing

**A CHALLENGING JOB CONTENT**:
- You will develop the portfolio of insecticides from our R&D pipeline at a marketing level. You will work closely with the Product Development department to bring them to market in the short or medium term.
- You are responsible for the strategic marketing planning and segmentation of the insecticide portfolio, also in relation to the regulations of the different products. You will be a connector between different departments (Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Sales).
- You develop technical and commercial building blocks, including market positioning of your products. You will be in contact with Globachem’s distributors and influencers and support the internal sales team with product knowledge, benchmarking, USPs,....
- You will develop partnerships, negotiate and take decisions on a commercial and technical level.
- Together with the sales department, you prepare the short and long-term budgets and forecasts for the products in the respective countries. The target area extends on a global level.
- You report to the Globachem’s Portfolio Manager.
**KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- You have a Master’s degree in Bio Engineering or equivalent, with a strong interest in the agricultural sector. Preferably you have a solid experience in the agrochemical sector and more specifically in the world of crop protection.
- Experience in product management (insecticides) is a plus.
- You excel in the planning and execution of goto
- market actions. With your multi-tasking and organizational skills, you feel comfortable in managing multiple and complex products at the same time.
- You are a team player and you work easily together with colleagues from different departments and different project teams.
- You are a strategic thinker, well-organised and you can structure effortlessly.
- You are proactive and have a real entrepreneurial mentality.
- You are a strong communicator, you speak and write fluent English and Dutch. Knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian and/or Portuguese is a plus.
- You are flexible to travel from time to time.
- Possibility to work remote, also from another European country (preferably South-Europe).
