Binnen het departement Private, Business & Retail Banking (PBR) zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren projectcoördinator om de Corporate Office PBR te versterken. Als vertrouwenspersoon van de Managing Director Private, Business & Retail banking, is het de missie van dit team om het Senior Management van PBR te ondersteunen bij de definitie van de strategie en de coördinatie / uitvoering van grootschalige, transversale projecten.

**De job in een notendop**

**Transversaal projectbeheer**:Coördinatie & opvolging van transversale en/of strategische projecten onder het sponsorship van de Managing Director Private, Business & Retail Banking.
- Opbouwen van de projectscope en onderhandelen van prioriteiten
- Uitwerken van een business case en uitvoeren van een feasibility study
- Opzetten en faciliteren van een gepaste governance in functie van onderwerp, doel en situatie
- Instaan voor opvolging, bijsturing en rapportering van voortgang, met aandacht voor proactief en oplossingsgericht beheer van eventuele aandachtspunten en problemen
- Uitwerken communicatieplan met als doel de diverse stakeholders te informeren

**Communicatie**: uitwerken van efficiënte en duidelijke communicatie initiatieven, zowel inhoudelijk als vormelijk, in het kader van projecten, evenementen of ad hoc vragen. Instaan voor de coördinatie van de sleutelcommunicatie vanuit PBR (o.a. Raad van Bestuur, Directiecomités,) en extern (o.a. conferenties, webinars,).
**Analyse & adviesverlening**: Uitvoeren van analyses en opbouwen van gestructureerde (strategische) inzichten en adviezen voor gebruik bij contacten met stakeholders in projecten en op vraag van het Senior Management van PBR. Vervullen van een watch-rol om op de hoogte te blijven van trends, innovaties en evoluties in samenleving en financiële sector.
**Accountmanagement & networking**:Opbouwen van een positie als vertrouwde en gerespecteerde gespreks
- en discussiepartner voor de Managing Director Private, Business & Retail Banking, DC-leden en Senior Management, alsook het aanknopen en onderhouden van relaties met andere corporate offices en sleutelfiguren binnen Belfius teineinde kennisdeling, strategische reflectie en discussie te faciliteren.

- U beschikt over een Masterdiploma en een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans & Engels
- U hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring met programma
- of/en projectwerking en de principes en vaardigheden die hiermee verband houden, idealiter in consulting bedrijf
- U bent geïnteresseerd in strategie en bent in staat om strategisch denken op een enthousiasmerende wijze te vertalen naar werkbare en concrete acties
- U beschikt over scherpe analyse vaardigheden, gecombineerd met synthese-capaciteit
- U hebt een open geest naar de trends en evoluties in de samenleving en de impact ervan op de hertekening van de financiële industrie
- U bent sterk in networking en in staat om vlot te communiceren met en te presenteren voor DC-leden & Senior Management
- U voelt zich in uw sas in een netwerkomgeving, waarbij constant nieuwe opdrachten worden vertaald naar actieplannen, waarbij groepswerken en -denken wordt gepromoot
