Desktop Support

1. The Deskside engineer will be L1 Skill level with at least 1-2 Years of relevant xperience
3. Provides Desktop support and support for Computer hardware systems, memory modules, and peripherals.
4. Handle basic issues related to network end-user devices' security practices and antivirus
programs.
5. Ensure that all computers and networks systems run efficiently with high uptime.
6. Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Network and other datacenter related equipment (UPS, PACs, Network cabling, power, etc.)
7. Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Audio & Video and Telephony equipment.
8. Provide support to an organization’s IT systems to help them meet their business goals.
9. Collaborate with Site and Business Unit IT leads and Regional Desktop leads to maintain
transparency of quality (meetings, trends, narratives, plans, etc.)
10. Lead the IT tasks wherever needed & whenever assigned and complete them within the
timelines.
11. Management of IT Assets Inventory-This has to be based on available tools remotely.
12. Creating management-level reports.
**Requirements**:
- For mobile devices limited to SOP as provided for support for any configuration.
- Installing, Configuring, and basic troubleshooting knowledge
**Language Skills**:
- Proficiency in speaking English and good communication skills
- Local language level preference at least B2 level
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: €200.00 - €220.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
