**Position Summary**

The URS Team members work with regional technicians, Local IT contacts and the End User Community providing support and delivering on the User Request Services for End User Equipment. This position is an onsite End User facing position.

**Role Requirements**
- Basic understanding of End User Equipment Asset Management
- Basic understanding of Web Shop environments
- Ability to work in multiple delivery and management tools
- Ability to work with Vendors and Purchasing tools

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support for End User Requests for all local Volvo Customers.
- Ensure the ability to deliver equipment and support according to Service Levels
- Ensure documentation and follow-up communications are performed in a professional way
- Be the natural contact for end-users regarding questions around equipment orders
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and order issues.
- Provide or assist in reporting requests on as needed basis.

Essential Skills and Experience

A minimum of three years of IT experience

Excellent Analytical skills

Good Microsoft O365 Suite knowledge

Excellent Dutch and English language required

Demonstrated team player with a high degree of integrity, credibility, and confidentiality.

Ability to work independently.

Self-started and driven individual.

Working hours (onsite only)

from 08:00 to 17:00

**Salary**: From €1.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
