**About the Role/ The Opportunity**:
We announced Sitecore Experience Edge in 2021 as the cornerstone for the fast, global delivery of structured content and media assets published from Sitecore’s market-leading Content Hub and Experience Manager products. Content plays the leading role in enabling the world’s largest brands to engage their audiences, and Experience Edge addresses the challenge of developers getting access to relevant content from anywhere in the world at lightning fast speeds to power their immersive digital experiences.
As the product manager on the Experience Edge team, you will expand the addressable use-cases for Experience Edge and increase adoption of Experience Edge both within Sitecore and across the market.
You will identify developers’ content querying and delivery needs, defining the roadmap and helping customers successfully adopt and implement Experience Edge. You will work closely with customers to identify market needs, and with engineering to define and prioritize capabilities.
You will be a self-starter with a high level of ownership, work against tight timelines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude. You have strong oral and written communication skills that enable to you to persuade others to align with your vision.

**What You’ll Do**:
- Own the Experience Edge product, and define and communicate the product’s strategy and roadmap.
- Lead projects related to Experience Edge through the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch, and continuing through ongoing maintenance and support.
- Drive new market opportunities for Experience Edge through customer research
- Develop and nurture relationships with Design and Engineering, and coordinate closely to ensure successful launch of new features.
- Partner cross-functionally with groups such as Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, and Operations to drive adoption and gather feedback from customers and prospects.
- Prioritize across a complex environment of diverse customers, stakeholders and objectives.
- Gain the trust and confidence of the Experience Edge team.
- Help the market understand and adopt Experience Edge.
- Represent the company externally as needed, including meetings with customers and prospects.
**What You Need to Succeed**:
- BS/MS in a technical discipline.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Proven track record of shipping products from ideation to launch.
- Proven ability to articulate a vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team and focuses their energy on achieving business goals.
- Skilled in providing analysis and estimation of the strategic and financial value of new products and features.
- Some programming experience (JavaScript,.NET Core, etc.) and/or experience with query languages.
- Experience building developer tools and advocating for developers’ needs.
- Strong customer and stakeholder empathy. You must be not only the voice of the customer, but at various times the voice of marketing, finance, engineering, support and ops. You must be able to channel many points of view.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
