**Your role**
Atlas Copco voorziet zijn klanten van geoptimaliseerde perslucht. Om ons machinepark bij onze klanten sneller en efficiënter om te vormen naar een nieuwe, energiezuinigere installatie en klanten te helpen bij het reduceren van hun CO2 uitstoot, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Development Manager - Replacement Market.
- Binnen deze rol bepaal je mee de strategie om onze nieuwere producten te promoten en verkopen bij bestaande als toekomstige klanten.
- Je bepaalt de doelklanten, brengt hun machinepark in kaart, maakt analyses van hun behoeften en je werkt, samen met je Sales collega’s, een plan uit om machines te vervangen door nieuwe, efficiënte compressoren en drogers uit het Atlas Copco gamma.
- Je bereidt de nodige dossiers voor en ondersteunt de vertegenwoordigers bij het binnenhalen van het order.
- Je volgt de KPI’s met betrekking de vervangmarkt op en stuurt de strategie bij waar nodig.
- Je neemt gericht actie op basis van data en houdt de vinger aan de pols bij de verschillende interne afdelingen die bijdragen en/of gebaat zijn bij het vervangen van compressoren en drogers bij onze klanten.
- Een goed begrip van de markt is essentieel en je zal bedrijven proactief benaderen, hun noden in kaart brengen en evalueren waar onze diensten en producten een meerwaarde kunnen betekenen.
- Je zal campagnes initiëren en implementeren met als het doel het marktaandeel, de omzet en de winstgevendheid te verhogen.

- Analytisch inzicht: je bent in staat het potentieel bij zowel bestaande klanten als prospecten te identificeren en te evalueren.
- Marktexpertise en commercieel inzicht: actief verzamelen van relevante concurrentiegegevens en het bepalen van een doelgerichte go-to-market strategie voor verschillende producten en applicaties
- Initiatief en ondernemerschap: initiatief nemen bij het opzetten en implementeren van marketingactiviteiten en campagnes, evenals het actief prospecteren bij key customers en prospects.
- Technische bekwaamheid: diepgaande technische kennis vergaren en op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied.
- Doorzettingsvermogen en teamspirit: je bent een doorzetter en vertegenwoordigt overtuigend het imago en de waarden van de Atlas Copco Groep.
- Talenkennis: je bent vlot drietalig (NL/FR/ENG).
