**Summary**:
SmartFleet is a new Business line that relies on 3 areas of expertise:
- The digitalization and automation of construction sites
- Data collection and reporting
- Consulting in fleet, flow and project management
The purpose of the job will be to build the right organization, execute the missing key technical developments and win rapidly a growing number of recurring customers and revenues.
**What will be your responsibilities?**:
- Drive the global business line operations, responsible for P&L, including growth and profitability
- Establish corporate objectives, strategies and plans; oversee, monitor, and evaluate all business activities so that these strategies and objectives are met
- Develop business plans designed to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share;
- Adapt offer content, development roadmap, pricing strategy and all operational/organizational aspects
- Accountable for sales and animation of the sales team as well as engagement of the whole workforce
- Report progress and submit key strategic and financial decisions to Executive Committee
You report to the Vice-President After-Market. You lead 3 direct reports with 10 staff members.
**Who are we looking for?**:
- Master Degree in Economics and/or Business Engineer
- 10 years experiences in Sales or Sales&Marketing management roles
- Perfectly fluent in French and English
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Ability to build leadership teams, strong communication, coaching, mentoring, negotiation, and mediation skills
- Focusing on clients - Contribute to a client-focused culture;
- High influence skills and positive can-do approach
- Excellent commercial understanding, including revenue management
- Strong business acumen and the expertise to recognize opportunities that will improve top and bottom-line performance
- Strong organization skills, including setting priorities, planning, structuring project deliverables and problem solving
- Hands-on attitude
