**Position Description**:
As a junior technical DMS consultant, you will be working in a support team at one of our customers. Here you will ensure the stability of the digital archiving and document generation platforms. This role will also require clear communication and interaction with multiple internal and external clients. **Your future duties and responsibilities**:
- Your dreamjob is all about...- Providing 3rd level support to the digital archiving and document generation platform.
- Solve day to day incidents in respecting internal service level agreements.
- Participate to the technical analysis and implementation of new document templates.
- Setup and maintain technical integrations

- Broad knowledge on IT systems
- A good understanding of common IT communication protocols.
- Basic infra, network, server knowledge.
- Some programming/scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of data exchange formats (JSON, XML, etc.)
- Database / SQL knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Unix
- Good communication skills in English and French or Dutch.
- Eager to learn new technologies.
Desired Qualifications- Aptitude for third level support, document design
- Good understanding on IT networks and their basic components
- Any experience with graphic tools (color management, layers, etc.)
- Some knowledge on document creation (barcodes, QR codes, OMR..)
- Understanding of Web Services and the different protocols they use.
- Knowledge of Cloud Based infrastructure.

Education and Certification- Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
