Als IT-manager met een wereldwijde verantwoordelijkheid ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden en vormgeven van het IT-landschap in diverse geografische regio’s zoals BeNeLux, UK, China en India voor Resillion

**Opdracht**

**Strategisch Leiderschap (People & Strategy - 60%)**
- In deze globale functie zal je primair verantwoordelijk zijn voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een samenhangende IT-strategie die de doelstellingen en behoeften van de organisatie over de verschillende business units (landen) ondersteunt.
- Je zult een klein team van IT-professionals leiden en stimuleren, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat ze de strategische visie begrijpen en deze in de praktijk kunnen brengen.
- Het bevorderen van een consistente bedrijfscultuur die cybersecurity en softwaretesting weerspiegelt, is van essentieel belang.

**Bedrijfsondersteuning op globale Schaal (Business Support - 30%)**
- Je begrijpt de complexe zakelijke behoeften en processen van Resillion wereldwijd binnen software testing en cyber security.
- Je vertaalt technische initiatieven naar tastbare bedrijfswaarde en zorgt ervoor dat IT een strategische partner is voor alle bedrijfsgebieden.
- Communicatie op globale schaal en het in evenwicht brengen van regionale specificiteiten met een uniforme bedrijfsbenadering behoren tot je taken.

**Globaal Infrastructuurbeheer (Infrastructure - 10%)**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheren van de wereldwijde IT-infrastructuur, waarbij je de nadruk legt op beveiliging, prestaties en schaalbaarheid.
- Je waarborgt dat de infrastructuur voldoet aan de hoogste beveiligingsnormen, rekening houdend met de regelgeving en wetgeving in verschillende regio's.
- Het efficiënt beheren van technologische middelen en het implementeren van uniforme, kosteneffectieve IT-infrastructuur over diverse locaties zijn van essentieel belang.

Functie-eisen
**Opleiding en Certificering**
- Bachelor
- of masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied, bijvoorbeeld informatica of bedrijfskunde.
- Certificeringen op het gebied van cybersecurity, IT-management en leiderschap zijn een pluspunt.

**Uitgebreide Strategische Ervaring (People & Strategy - 60%)**
- Minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in IT-management op een wereldwijde schaal, met nadruk op strategisch leiderschap.
- Bewezen vermogen om samen met de CTO een wereldwijde IT-visie te ontwikkelen, te communiceren en te implementeren, waarbij de bedrijfsdoelstellingen worden ondersteund.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden om diverse IT-teams wereldwijd te inspireren, begeleiden en aansturen.

**Bedrijfsgerichte Expertise (Business Support - 30%)**
- Vermogen om technische initiatieven te vertalen naar concrete bedrijfswaarde en bij te dragen aan de groei en winstgevendheid van de organisatie.
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, om te schakelen tussen regionale en wereldwijde belanghebbenden.

**Wereldwijd Infrastructuurbeheer (Infrastructure - 10%)**
- Grondige kennis van wereldwijde IT-infrastructuurbeheer, met ervaring in het verzekeren van uniforme beveiliging en prestaties over verschillende locaties.
- Samenwerken met de Cyber Lead en Data Protection Officer om de regelgeving en wetgeving met betrekking tot cybersecurity en gegevensprivacy voor Resillion te waarborgen en up te daten.
- Vermogen om schaalbare en kosteneffectieve IT-infrastructuur te ontwerpen en te onderhouden, rekening houdend met regionale diversiteit.

**Multicultureel Bewustzijn**
- Multiculturele sensitiviteit en ervaring in het omgaan met diverse culturen en collega’s in de Benelux, de Verenigde Staten, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, China en India.
- Vaardigheid in het coördineren van internationale teams en het creëren van een gemeenschappelijke visie -samen met de CTO- dankzij regionale verschillen.
