**What your role will be?**
- Collaborating with our cross functional teams (sales organizations, marketing, PPM, HR, L&D and others), and reporting to the Sr Manager, Education, you will have the opportunity to:

- Responsible for building, planning, maintaining, and improving the global Industrial and Medical training programs
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (including regions) to align on program/s curriculum
- Build, coordinate the building of and maintain the training materials
- Ensure effective delivery of training programs & management of training tools (including LMS system)
- Support managing and overseeing trainee’s progression

**What will you bring to Ansell**?**
- Demonstrated experience in L&D practices; specifically training of salesforces
- Strong planning, organising and communication skills with eye for details
- Good business acumen
- Previous sales experience, B2B industry, Medical & Industrial environment a plus
- Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written), any other languages a plus
- This role may require to travel up 50% of the time, expected travel less than 25% of the time.
