**Wat ga je doen?**:
Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen vlekkeloos verlopen. Zo waarborg je de continuïteit van gebouwen, installaties en terreinen, maar stel je ook onderhoudsplannen, projecten en KPI’s op om het aantal storingen terug te dringen en de kosten te beheersen. Door de continue optimalisatie van processen, werk je aan de verbetering van het wasresultaat, de klantbeleving en de betrouwbaarheid en duurzaamheid van onze installaties. In deze rol rapporteer je de bevindingen aan de Manager Operations.
**Onderhoud**:
In samenwerking met jouw collega’s zorg je voor een optimale balans tussen onderhoud en continuïteit. Je zorgt ervoor dat de technische installaties voldoen aan de wettelijke normen en kwaliteitseisen en ziet ook toe op een adequate uitvoering van technische werkzaamheden door derden.
**Planning & organiseren**:
Je stelt het jaarplan op voor de technische dienst en bewaakt de voortgang hiervan. Je bereidt technische werkzaamheden voor en maakt een planning voor jouw team. In het regiomanagersoverleg stem je gezamenlijke onderhoudsacties af en bespreek je de terugkomende storingen met de daarbij passende (structurele) acties.
**Operationeel (leidinggeven) technische dienst**:
Je coacht en stuurt je team aan van en enthousiasmeert de leidinggevenden op de vestigingen ten aanzien van eenvoudige technische werkzaamheden. Je levert zelf ook een actieve bijdrage in de operatie en begeleid projectwerkzaamheden en verbetertrajecten.
**Procesoptimalisatie**:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verder optimaliseren en onderhouden van het onderhoudsmanagementsysteem, je stelt projecten en KPI’s op en bent verantwoordelijk voor het terugdringen van storingen en het beheersen van kosten. Het 5s methodiek wordt onder jouw toezicht op de vestigingen, in de bussen en in de werkplaats van de technische dienst toegepast.
