We are looking for a** Global Payer Strategy (GPS) Lead **with strong project management and operational skills to work in highly dynamic environment and join us in our **Global APEX- Global Payer Strategy Solutions** Team, based in our headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.

**About the role**

You are responsible for delivering elements of the Global Value & Access Strategy and its operational execution for asset's indication(s) from late-stage clinical development to peri-launch including:

- Gathering insights from the pricing and market access external environment to inform strategic choices for the APEX strategy, commercial strategy, and evidence generation priorities of the asset
- Developing a clear value proposition for payers linked to the commercial strategy and total evidence package
- Contributing to the development of a viable Global APEX strategy to achieve, maintain, and expand sustainable market access for the product/indication
- Supporting regional and local market access teams in planning and execution of reimbursement and pricing objectives
- Core member of the Global or Launch Access hub at indication level depending on asset’s stage in development

**Who will you work with**

You will report to the GPS Asset Lead and will partner with cross-functional teams and key Local teams to develop, implement, and deliver Global APEX strategy and tools.

**What will you do**
- Conduct market research studies and landscape assessments to build an understanding of payer and market access requirements relevant to the assigned product(s) and therapeutic area
- Work with the GPS-Asset Lead and Mission Access Lead to translate insights of access requirements into recommendations for product specifications, Global Product Strategy, and the associated rewards and risks of strategic options
- Support the development of a clear payer value proposition for the program, which reflects clinical attributes and benefits; champion real-world evidence generation to complement clinical data to achieve target value proposition. Provide input into Clinical Development Plans (CDP) for value maintenance through life cycle and Integrated Strategic Evidence Generation (ISEG) plans based on payer requirements for evidence generation
- Contribute to the Global APEX Hub team core deliverables, including the Global APEX strategy, payer value story, and Global Value Dossier, Objection Handler, pricing strategy, global access strategy and global payer tools as a core member of the global APEX Hub team
- For peri-launch and in-market brands, aid Regional and Local teams in mobilizing their understanding of the APEX strategy, core deliverables, local planning, and execution

**Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills**
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a healthcare, business, or economic discipline (e.g.,MBA, MD, PhD, PharmD)
- 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Health Economics and Outcomes Research capabilities
- Expertise in US Health Care Ecosystem environment
- Expertise in the European Health Care Ecosystem
- Product launch experience
- At least 2 years of experience in an affiliate or regional or global oversight role in the development of access strategy and/or payer evidence
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of global access strategies, payer and HTA submissions/interactions and/or payer insights generation
- Demonstration of successful working relationships.
